Hey y’all! We have been baking cookies in our house today so I thought I would share the recipe for one of my favorites, Chocolate Snowdrop Christmas Cookies. They are delicious and super easy to make!
Chocolate Snowdrop Christmas Cookies
Ingredients
Devil’s Food Cake Mix
2 1/4 cup whipped topping thawed
1 egg
Powdered Sugar
Instructions
Start by combining the devil’s food cake mix, whipped topping, and egg. Mix these ingredients well.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Scoop batter with a spoon and place in a bowl of powdered sugar. Roll in the powdered sugar to make a small ball.
3. Place the sugar covered batter balls on a cookie sheet leaving space to allow them to grow and not touch. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8 minutes. If you want the bottom to be more crunchy, bake for 10 minutes. (I prefer the 8 minutes)
4. Once complete, remove them from the oven and place them on a rack to allow to cool before serving. Then ENJOY!
These are my favorite Christmas cookies and my mom has made them every year for as long as I can remember. Our kids love them too! I hope you will try this recipe with your family and that you enjoy it as much as we do.
Wow – these look so easy and yummy looking! I wonder if you can use different cake flavors, like lemon or spice. An easy enough recipe it would be find to make different varieties! Thanks for sharing!

These cookies are so delicious and easy to make. I’ve used the same recipe and swapped out the cake mixes (yellow, lemon, and strawberry).
