What We Bought at Costco

Hello friends!  If you follow me on social media you probably know that our family has decided to remove seed oils from our diet.  Since then, I have received so many questions about the foods we are buying that are clean and don’t contain seed oils.  There has been a lot of interest in what foods we’re purchasing so I thought I would share a recent haul from Costco.
