Chicken and broccoli stuffed shells are one of my personal favorite meals. The problem is, I am the only one that eats them in our house. When I had to come up with some recipes to share, I knew it would give me a reason to make this meal. It may seem complicated at first sight but is actually pretty simple as most ingredients are used in the mixture.
Chicken and Broccoli Stuffed Shells
Ingredients
2 cups shredded chicken breast
1 package Jumbo Shells
2 jars of Alfredo sauce
1/2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Black Pepper to taste
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 package steam-able broccoli
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cook the shells as directed on the package. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix the chicken, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, 1 cup of mozzarella, and 1 1/2 cups of Alfredo sauce.
In a 13 x 9 (or 2 8×8) pan, coat the bottom with Alfredo sauce. After shells are drained and cooled, begin stuffing shells with chicken and broccoli mixture.
Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over shells, to your liking. Sprinkle the top with the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes until sauce is bubbling. Remove from oven and serve.
The shells are typically served alone but you could definitely add a side salad of your choice. I hope you enjoy this meal as much as I do!

Do you steam broccoli before hand? And do you mix it into the chicken before stuffing shells? TIA
