Buffalo Wings Recipe: My Favorite Air Fryer Recipe
April 19, 2020/
I have shared this buffalo wings recipe on my Instagram previously and everyone loved it but I never actually wrote everything out for you. So when my amazing wife told me she wanted to add some recipes to her blog and asked me if I would mind sharing this one, I was thrilled! This is a family favorite recipe and my personal favorite air fryer recipe. I will add links for the items I can at the end of the blog post.
Air Fryer Buffalo Wings Recipe
Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wing parts
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce
1/4 cup of butter
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 360 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine flour and sea salt. Toss wings until fully coated.
Place wings in the basket of the air fryer. Cook for 30-35 minutes. Toss the wings every 10 minutes to ensure each side crisps. I could have added more in this basket but I like the wings to have space in between each other.
In a small saucepan, combine the melted butter and the wing sauce. Whisk the butter and sauce together. The butter is really great here as it adds a wonderful buttery taste and helps in coating the wings.
Once the wings are done in the air fryer, dip the wings in the sauce mixture.
Finally, serve the buffalo wings with your favorite dipping sauce. Our family loves using ranch dressing.
Please share and tag us on Instagram if you make this recipe in your home. I hope your family enjoys this recipe as much as ours does!
Great blog post, Ken! I absolutely love how supportive you are of Aubrey and her job! You guys are a great team. These look amazing by the way, buffalo chicken is my absolute favorite food so I need to make these ASAP!
I love that I can support her in this. She’s supported and followed me around the country for the last 16 years and I couldn’t have done it without her 😊
Honestly, I could have added more wings to the basket. I will normally do about 8 wings in one basket and I normally do it twice if I’m serving more than one or two people. I usually make the garlic and herb chicken legs as well since the kids don’t really like spicy food. Hope you guys enjoy it!
