Laundry Room: Budget-Friendly Ideas

Happy Sunday Y’all!  I’m constantly asked to see pictures of our laundry room at this house.  It’s probably nothing special to many, but when you’re used to military  base housing and having a closet washer and dryer or a washer and dryer sitting in your kitchen, this is pretty amazing!  (Fellow military spouses you know exactly what I mean.). Wait till y’all see our laundry room in the new build.  I have BIG plans and I can’t wait to take you all along!

I chose to keep it pretty simple with my neutral black and white decor.  Since I spend many hours every week in this room, adding a little greenery helps to make it a bit more cozy.

I will link the items that I can, along with some other suggestions since many of mine are older purchases.  As for our actual washer and dryer, I would not recommend them.  We both them years ago when we were sticking to a very tight budget.  We’re trying to nurse them along until we get to the new house.  If you have any questions, please ask in the comments.  Love y’all, and I hope you’re doing as great as possible during this quarantine.  Xoxo

Laundry Room items I own or love:

I also just ordered this rug to layer with the rug I currently have in the room.

Happy Shopping!

I was just showing friends your decor and I just love how you manage to speak to so many of us through pictures. Especially right now. You make me feel warm and cozy. Thank you!!

Who knew laundry rooms could be so pretty!!
I’m afraid I only have a “closet” as a laundry room and almost no space for decor 😭but I have been thinking about working with what I have and make it pretty! Thanks for sharing

You’re always so organized. I just love how cozy and pretty it looks although it’s a laundry room where dirty clothes exist haha!!

Love the safety pins! Our washer and dryer is in our kitchen so not as fun to decorate as yours! Excited to see what you have planned for your new house! Building plans don’t get pushed too far back 🏡
