Hey y’all! Happy 4th of July! My family and I decided to make our favorite pasta salad recipe for dinner tonight and I know many of you have asked me to share the recipe. I shared it on my Instagram before and it was a big hit. Let me know if you try it and if you love it as much as we do!
Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb Garden Rotini
Colby/Jack cheese diced
Baby cucumbers diced
Tomatoes diced
Pepperoni diced
Italian salad dressing
McCormick Salad Supreme
Instructions
Begin boiling water on stove top. Once the water is boiling, add the garden rotini and cook until done.
2. While that is cooking, dice the tomatoes, pepperoni, cucumbers, and cheese and place in to a large bowl. Lightly coat the diced ingredients with the Italian dressing and salad supreme seasoning. (I’ll show you my favorite Italian dressing at the end of the blog.)
3. Once the garden rotini has cooked through, drain the noodles and allow them to cool. I run cool water over them while in the strainer. (If you add the noodles immediately they will melt the cheese and wilt the veggies.). Once the noodles are cool, add them to the veggie, cheese, and pepperoni mixture.
4. Add Italian dressing and salad supreme seasoning to taste and it’s ready to serve.
I hope you and your family will give this recipe a try. It is a favorite in the Swan house. Be sure to use the salad dressing listed below to get the best results. You won’t be disappointed! Let me know if you love this recipe as much as we do.
Our Favorite Italian Dressing
The Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing has been a staple in our home since before Ken and I were even married. It is, by far, our favorite Italian dressing. The dressing comes in the package you see below with the cruet for mixing. You’ll need the canola oil and vinegar to mix with the packet. Those items are sold separately.

I’m actually not sure. We are a family of 6 but have plenty of leftovers.
